Vivísimo seeks a Training Engineer to carry out these responsibilities:
- Learn our Velocity search platform and help prepare and deliver on-site training at HQ and at prospect, customer, and partner sites
- Help to create and edit best-practices training articles for self-service support over the web
- Deliver continual training internally with each major software release as well as to new employees
- Coordinate the training content with the technical support and documentation teams
while possessing these skills and experience:
- Professional adult-training skills
- Documentation skills
- Technical background in software
- Enthusiasm for the web and search engines
