Vivísimo seeks an Applications Engineer with these skills:

  • XML technologies (XPath, XSL, Schemas, SOAP etc)
  • CGI scripts
  • Good English skills, to be able to do linguistic customizations
  • Ability and interest in making complex product configurations in support of customer projects with our sophisticated information retrieval suite

Other pluses:

  • Experience with configuring and maintaining Apache and IIS web servers
  • Experience with search engines, text mining or information visualization, information extraction, XML databases, etc.
  • Loves the web
